Q: How do I prevent "tunneling" (wax remaining on the sides)?
A: The first burn is the most important. Please allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the jar (approx. 2-3 hours) during your first use. This creates a "memory ring" and ensures an even burn every time.
Q: How long should I burn my candle?
A: We recommend burning for no more than 4 hours at a time. This prevents the wick from "mushrooming" and keeps the scent throw optimal.
Q: Is it safe for pets?
